On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, the East Hill Elementary School 2nd grade chorus, under the direction of Iris Ziporkin, celebrated spring with songs about "what we learn in second grade" — from punctuation, reading music notes, making friends and being a good community member. The students recited portions of a lovely poem in-between the songs and ended with the traditional "East Hills School Song,” composed and created-in part by Ms. Ziporkin.
