A key priority of the Roslyn School District is overall student wellness. During this particularly challenging time, we are committed to ensuring that our students’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being are part of their everyday academic experience.
District psychologists, social workers, and school counselors are available to support students and maintain connections throughout the school year and during the summer.
SCHOOL DISTRICT PUPIL PERSONNEL SERVICES STAFF
Psychologists and social workers are available for CSE and other matters. Should you have any specific concerns about your child that require the attention of the Pupil Personnel Staff or School Counseling Staff, please contact the Pupil Personnel Services office at 516-801-5060 or School Counseling Center at 516-801-5120.
MINEOLA/NORTHWELL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER
The Roslyn School District has entered into a partnership with the Northwell Behavioral Health Center, which provides timely access to mental health services for children and adolescents (ages 5-18) who need urgent mental health support. The dedicated center is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent or same-day intervention, but do not necessarily require the services of the emergency room. This center is exclusively available to Roslyn students and neighboring districts.
