Roslyn High School sophomores Jesse Kahn and Coby Kashetsky were named “Shining Stars” by the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s Long Island Chapter for their efforts in raising money for the nonprofit organization. During the past four years, they raised more than $32,000, including more than $15,000 this year alone through their team’s participation in the Gold Coast Take Steps walk held at North Hempstead Beach Park.
