• The Child Psychology course is a half year elective designed to introduce students to the systematic study of the behavioral and mental development of human beings from infancy through childhood and adolescence into young adulthood.

    This course will take the students through areas of responsible parenting, prenatal development, care and development of children, parenting skills, child in the family and community networking. The course emphasizes responsible parenting and informed decision-making based on personal values. Parenting skills, child care and development, changing roles, family and community support systems, and development of self esteem are the major components of the course.
