Buongiorno e benvenuti,

I am very pleased to have this medium through which to communicate with you. I am looking forward to an exciting academic year where your child will achieve great success in learning the fundamental skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Italian. Research shows that students are motivated and successful when their is collaboration between parents and their teachers.

Here are some ways we can work together:

1) Homework and notes are given each day except for weekends:) . Please encourage your child to keep up with their assignments and review daily notes.

2) Extra help is given at the High school after school on all Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:40-3:10 pm in room 134.  This is a great way to review and reinforce new material concepts. This also gives me an opportunity to get to know your child better and to identify,understand and remedy any weaknesses he or she may have and to better develop his/her strengths.
