RHS Color Run for Multiple Sclerosis
The Roslyn High School Medical Explorers’ Club hosted its Annual Color Run on Friday, May 12, 2023. Each year, the event supports awareness and research of various diseases. The Color Run exemplifies the cooperation, dedication, and benevolence of the Roslyn High School community. Participants of the event enjoyed a much needed break from AP exams and the heat as they threw dyed water balloons and colored powders at each other.
“Thanks to the hard work of the members of the Medical Explorers’ Club and the support of our school community, we raised over $1000 this year for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis,” said advisor Terisa Charles-Titus. She and co-advisor Stephanie Ditta helped coordinate the event, purchase needed items, and facilitate student involvement.
