Technology 7 provides students with technological knowledge and skills to design, construct, use, and evaluate products and systems. The units of study include engineering design, technological systems, computer technology, tools and resources, impacts of technology, and managing technology. 

An inquiry based learning format will be used to help students investigate and develop products that solve authentic technological problems. Class activities will focus on drawing and design, rocketry, bridge construction, magnetic levitation, and home construction.
