Students at Roslyn Middle School participated in a national #bookface competition that culminated on Halloween. Students were invited to creatively pose behind a book so as to seamlessly extend the photo using their own faces or bodies. 

“We had some incredible entries!” said English Chair Jennifer Sapir. “Congratulations to our student winner Grace Georgekutty and our faculty winner Phyllis Squicciarini!”

“Students did a fantastic job of creatively participating in this fun and spirited event!” said Library Media Specialist Phyllis Squicciarini. “We loved seeing students searching the shelves to find their perfect #bookface!”
