    Our Mission

We create a supportive and joyful space where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to explore. Through hands-on experiences, creative play, and personalized instruction, we help each child develop academically, socially, and emotionally at their own pace.

Early childhood is a time of wonder and discovery. Our classrooms are designed to spark imagination, inspire problem-solving, and promote collaboration. Through engaging lessons, interactive activities, and plenty of movement, we make learning fun and meaningful.

    How We Support Young Learners

Class sizes are designed to provide personalized attention, with approximately 20-22 students per class. Each kindergarten classroom is staffed by both a certified teacher and a full-time teacher assistant, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning experience.

Beyond the classroom, our students benefit from a variety of support services, including our school nurse, psychologist, ENL teacher, social worker, and speech/language clinicians. Instruction extends beyond core subjects, with students receiving specialized lessons in physical education, music, computer science, art/STEAM, and library—all taught by certified educators in those fields. Lunch is an important part of our day, carefully supervised by staff to foster positive social interactions.

Our dedicated teachers and staff focus on the whole child, ensuring each student feels supported, valued, and ready to thrive. We emphasize:

    • A Strong Academic Start – Building literacy, math, and critical thinking skills through engaging, age-appropriate lessons.

    • Hands-On Learning – Interactive, play-based activities that encourage creativity and curiosity.

    • Social & Emotional Growth – Helping children build friendships, express their feelings, and develop confidence.

    • A Safe & Nurturing Environment – Caring teachers and dedicated staff who know and support every child.

    • Family Partnerships – Working closely with parents and caregivers to support learning at school and at home.

    A Bright Beginning

At Roslyn, we celebrate each child’s unique journey, fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. With the support of our caring educators and a vibrant school community, we help every student take their first big steps toward success.

Welcome to Heights School—where every day is a new adventure in learning and student potential is limitless!
