We had a time during Red Ribbon Week! In collaboration with Heights PFA, students participated in several activities which addressed all areas of health. On Wednesday, social/emotional learning was targeted through our Peaceful Bus and Bus CommUnity meetings. On Thursday, students created mindfulness jars and learned strategies for self-regulation to improve mental health. On Friday, physical health was at the forefront as students participated with FAST Fundamentals on a variety of physical activities. Finally, the PFA provided each students with a notebook that they can use to send a positive message either to themselves or others.
