A is for Apple—and for Awesome Experiments!

Students in Miss Hintermeister's class at Harbor Hill conducted a week-long experiment exploring what happens to apples when they’re peeled or chopped. Through careful observation, the young scientists tracked changes, graphed their findings in two formats, and drew thoughtful conclusions based on the data. Their hands-on investigation revealed surprising results about the effects of slicing and peeling apples!
