RHS Student Places at International Science Fair

Roslyn High School Sophomore Tessla Chan won 4th Place at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in the category of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. Tessla spent a week at ISEF in Los Angeles where she competed, met students from all over the world, networked with professionals in her field, and presented in a public session.

She was accompanied by Dr. Allyson Weseley, who runs Roslyn High School's Research Program, who said, "Everyone was amazed that Tess had done this work without the aid of an outside mentor; she's amazing!"
