The Business and Finance Office of the school district is responsible for managing the district’s financial operations to ensure fiscal responsibility, transparency, and alignment with educational goals. This includes developing and overseeing the annual budget, managing payroll and employee benefits, handling purchasing and vendor contracts, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The office also oversees financial reporting, audits, and long-term financial planning to support the district’s strategic priorities and maintain the highest standards of stewardship for public funds.
