Dear Staff Members,

Welcome to the 2007-2008 school year.  We hope you had a healthy, happy and relaxing summer vacation.  The High School Parent Faculty Association is looking forward to a productive year working with all of you.  We have many challenges to face and new goals to pursue and we are looking forward to working collectively to achieve them. We know that we can count on your support, and hope that you will join the PFA by dropping a check for $10.00 made out to the Roslyn High School PFA in the PFA mailbox located outside the attendance office.

            Listed below are the dates and times of this year’s PFA meetings.  Daytime meetings begin at 9:30 and usually end between 11:00 am and 11:30 am.  Evening meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. and usually end between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m.  All of our meetings are open to all parents and staff members.  We hope you will be able to join us from time to time, as your schedules permit.

            We plan to continue the practice of distributing copies of our PFA meeting minutes to both the Department Chair people and to the main office where they will be posted.  We welcome your support and participation in our meetings and events.  We appreciate hearing your suggestions and feedback throughout the year.

            Please mark your calendars and join us at our Welcome Back Breakfast for all faculty and staff members on the first day back, September 5th at 7 a.m. in the Commons.  Enjoy the rest of your summer!
